1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

1. Damaged Product:
   • If the product is received damaged or defective upon delivery.

   • If the size or color delivered does not match your order.

Note:

• Returns will only be processed if the product:
  • Is unused.
  • Is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Custom-made or sale items are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

1. Submit a Return Request:

   • Provide your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and pictures of the product (for damages).
2. Receive Confirmation:
   • Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
3. Ship the Product Back:
   • Send the product to the return address provided by our team.
   • For damaged products: The return shipping charges will be borne by us.
4. Refund/Replacement:
   • Once the returned product is verified (within 2-3 business days), we will process your refund or replacement.

  • It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
• Shipping Charges:
  • If the error is on your end (e.g., incorrect order), return shipping charges will be your responsibility.
  • If the issue is caused by us (e.g., damaged or wrong product), we will cover the shipping charges.
